Who we are
This website is run by Kalla Connect LLC (Kalla Connect), a technology partner for law firms in the United States, based in Miami, Florida.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name and your email address
- The type of your firm, if you tell us
- What you would like to automate, if you tell us
If you send the form from the Spanish version of the website, we add a note saying so to your message, so that we can reply in Spanish. We do not ask for anything else.
Information the website collects on its own
The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. It serves its own fonts and images.
It does not store your language or display preferences: the language comes from the address of the page you open. A temporary flag may be kept in your browser for the length of a visit. It makes the page reload once if a new version of the site is published while you are browsing. It is not used to identify you.
The platform that hosts the website may set technical cookies, such as ones named session-id and __dpl, and may collect basic usage statistics through its own endpoints. We have not added any other tool for measuring visits.
How we use it
We use the information to read your request, reply to you and arrange a first conversation. We do not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Please do not send confidential client information through the contact form. Tell us about your firm and what you need, and share anything sensitive only after we agree how to handle it.
Who handles it for us
The website is published through a hosting platform, which handles the technical data needed to serve its pages. The contact form saves your request in a database service provided by Supabase, which stores it on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us what information from your request we hold, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. To ask, use the contact form on this website or call (305) 764-6813, and tell us what you would like.
Children
This website is meant for law firms and the professionals who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as the sources cited in our articles and the pages of the photographs. We do not control them, and their privacy practices are their own.
Information from firms we work with
Information about a firm's own clients is handled under the written agreement we sign with that firm, not under this notice.
